Soft and Elegant Spring Bouquets from the Botanique Cutting Garden

It's coming up on one year since we designed the flowers for this beautiful spring wedding! This was one of our From the Garden weddings, where we work exclusively with flowers grown in our Cutting Garden. It is so interesting looking back at what we created from the garden almost exactly a year ago, and seeing how the flowers blooming right now are a little different than at this time of year last year. Because this year has been so cold and rainy compared to last year, some of the flowers we worked with for this wedding are not even blooming yet, or are just barely starting to open. Every year is different and every moment is different, and that is actually what makes seasonally-specific flowers so beautiful- they represent a very unique moment in time that will never agin be repeated in the same exact way.

The bouquets for this wedding featured 'Koko Loko' and 'Lichfield Angel' garden roses, mock orange, queen anne's lace, and campanula, plus a variety of different foliages. A soft, romantic, pastel palette.

Congrats to M + S on one year of marriage!
